Lindéngruppen’s 2020 Sustainability Report, with a new and improved structure, provides an update on the Group’s sustainability progress and its ambitions going forward.
“Despite the many challenges posed by the pandemic, 2020 was a year when we were able to step up our efforts to integrate sustainability into all our business plans and strategies. Making this progress on both Group and company level is an important part of realising our vision to develop successful companies that lead the transition to a sustainable world. I hope that you will find the report an interesting read.” – Paul Schrotti, CEO Lindéngruppen.
The new report is aligned with the World Economic Forum White Paper ‘Measuring Stakeholder Capitalism – Towards Common Metrics and Consistent Reporting of Sustainable Value Creation’ and its four focus areas Governance, Planet, People and Prosperity. This means that the scope of the Group’s reporting has expanded to cover all material core metrics and disclosures suggested in the WEF White Paper.
The report includes Case Stories from all companies in the Group. These cases are illustrative of the work that is carried out on a daily basis and our aim is to provide a clear focus on tangible examples of the important work going in each Group company.
The report has a new landscape format with links to facilitate navigation and is structured around two clear sections:
