We have created a new Group leadership position at Lindéngruppen. Fabio Pedrazzi joined us in early October as our new Executive Vice President and brings industry experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to our team.
With his Italian heritage, Swedish upbringing and experience of working all around the world – from New York City to Johannesburg – Fabio brings an exciting international perspective to Lindéngruppen. This combined with his proven track record of leadership roles in management consulting, sales and marketing, product development and manufacturing underlines that he has a lot to offer the Group.
“Lindéngruppen’s purpose is to empower its companies to prosper and lead the transition to a more sustainable world,” says Fabio. “As part of the Group leadership team, I look forward to support and work with our companies on their transformative agendas.”
Fabio was inspired by Lindéngruppen’s industrial heritage and its purpose driven approach – starting with our owner.
“I try to engage in work that feels meaningful, and I simply couldn’t resist the opportunity to become Executive Vice President at Lindéngruppen. I appreciate the fact that Jenny Lindén Urnes is a purpose-driven person with bold, courageous and strong vision that permeates the entire Group. As a keen follower of the football team Torino FC in Italy, I also like that she shares a passion for football,” he says with a smile.
Lindéngruppen used to own Kanthal – the same company Fabio’s Italian father joined in the 1960s and worked for as a lathe operator for decades. “When Paul told me about Lindéngruppen’s history and I learned about Kanthal, it felt like I had gone full circle.”
“To achieve sustainable growth, Lindéngruppen has developed a broad value-creation model that measures financial value creation as well as the value it creates for people and the planet,” explains Fabio. “It’s quite unique, and really inspiring to see how the Group holds itself accountable to this model.”
Fabio brings valuable experience to Lindéngruppen that will complement and strengthen our management team.
“I hope that my recent experience as CEO of a manufacturing company will prove useful in helping our companies to overcome the challenges that many businesses face today. As a management consultant, I have also worked on transformative topics in industrial companies and am really looking forward to getting out there to learn and collaborate with our people to make things happen.”

Fabio holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Management from the Royal Institute of Technology, and a MSc in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm University School of Business. Notable positions he has worked in include Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Global Head of Industry at Hilti, and recently as CEO of Spaljisten.
