This year’s Global Management Conference was an international virtual summit gathering management teams and boards in the Lindéngruppen companies.
With the theme of “Shaping the World after COVID-19” we challenged ourselves by using different and new technologies as well as tools to optimise benefits of distance interaction while still trying to capture the feeling of being together.
During the day we were joined by exceptional thought leaders such as Amy C. Edmondson, author and Professor of Leadership at the Harvard Business School and David Roberts, expert on technology disruption and exponential leadership, Singularity University. Together we discussed how to take our businesses forward and increase our positive impact in a society disrupted by COVID-19.
