Lindéngruppen acquires a substantial stake and becomes the largest shareholder in the food tech company cReal. With innovative technology and a strong team, cReal produces oat-based ingredients for food and drink applications, which can be used in a wide variety of products, such as ice cream, yoghurt, cream cheese, chocolate, and cereals. A new production facility in Bjuv, Sweden, is under construction and will be up and running in the spring of 2025. The company has already close cooperation with several major food producers and brands.
