As of February 6, 2019, Kurt Jofs is the Chairman of the Board of Höganäs AB. In this role he succeeds Staffan Bohman, who has held the postition since 2013 when Lindéngruppen and FAM bought and delisted Höganäs from the stock exchange.

Kurt Jofs has been a member of the Höganäs Board since 2013. He brings with him a long and broad experience from leading positions within Swedish industrial companies such as Ericsson and ABB. He holds several other board positions, including Ericsson and Tieto Corp.
