In June 2024 Ellinor Berglund will become CFO of Lindéngruppen. Ellinor is Senior Vice President Group Controlling & Finance Development at Electrolux and brings both strategic financial expertise and vast experience from industrial companies to Lindéngruppen.
“I am delighted that Ellinor has decided to join Lindéngruppen and our journey to develop prosperous companies, driving the transformation to a sustainable world”, says Fabio Pedrazzi CEO of Lindéngruppen. “Ellinor understands our value chains and what drives results. She has built this knowledge first-hand and has the mindset of an entrepreneur, that is, she spots opportunities and makes things happen. In addition to being a strategic thinker, a systematic problem solver and experienced in M&A, she shares our ambition to be a force for good. She will be a great CFO of Lindéngruppen.”
Ellinor has during the last 20 years held different senior positions in international industrial companies. She has been working at Electrolux Group since 2016 in a number of different roles including VP Group Internal Audit. Ellinor holds a master’s degree in economics from Jönköping International Business School.
“Lindéngruppen is a company with significant opportunities to create economic, environmental and social value. It is a privilege to join the team to be part of that journey. I am looking forward to working with them to deliver on the strategic direction”, says Ellinor Berglund.
Current CFO Lars Gunnar Schultz, who has decided to ramp-down his commitments this year, joined in 2018. He will stay with Lindéngruppen during 2024 in order to complete a number of key strategic projects and ensure that Ellinor is introduced into her role.
“Lars Gunnar has been instrumental to Lindéngruppen’s journey. He has driven the professionalisation and decentralisation of finance in the Group, in addition to being a highly appreciated Board member and valuable support to our Group companies. Lars Gunnar has developed a strong finance team and a solid foundation from which we can build. I am very happy that he has agreed to stay with us during 2024, and I wish Lars Gunnar the very best in his next chapter”, says Fabio Pedrazzi.
